This 3 day trip takes you to Fort portal via the mubende kamwenge road to the historical fort portal that is home to the Tooro Kingdom, the scenic crater lakes, Amabere ga Nyinamwiru caves and the Mahoma falls visit. Fort Portal is kissed with a scenic view of the Rwenzori Mountains. This adventurous trip will take you on nature walks and hikes and Crater Lake views. You will explore the city of Fort portal and get to know how the community runs on a daily.

Day 1 Transfer from Kampala to Fort Portal & Mahoma Falls
You shall be picked up early in the morning by our tour guide from a selected location in Kampala with a drive towards fort portal via the mubende kamwenge road.
Along the way we shall drive through a number of towns, planation and scenic scenery and on arrival we are welcomed by a gigantic view of the Rwenzori Mountains. You shall have lunch in Fort portal town giving you a breezer from the road trip.
You shall then check in at the hotel after lunch for refreshing getting ready for your round city tour.
You will then drive through the city center toward the Tooro palace gates, check in at the king’s palace with chance to explore and get to know more about the history and architecture of the kingdom. You will also visit the community as well as mahoma falls in kabarole / markets and later drive back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Visit Amabere Caves, Crater Lakes Hike
You will have breakfast early in the morning at the hotel with a transfer to the ancient historical Amabere caves
The cave is home to stalagmites and stalactites these are in form of breasts and them dripping white substance takes us back to the story of Nyinamwiru whose breasts were cut off and the rocks drippings showed nyinamwirus breasts. You will also sight a scenic rapid stream of water flowing just besides the cave.
Later on transfer to the community for your walk as you immerse in nature amidst the beautiful scenery and a number of wild life, birds as you embark on the walk. On this adventurous trip you see a number of crater lakes that offer a breath taking scenic views that are of memorable photogenic moments. With this walk through the community you come across tea plantation as you hike to the top of the hills it is termed “top of the world” because of the nature of fabulous view that awaits you.
Lunch will be eaten either between the hikes or after hiking.
After you day out we shall drive back to Fort portal back to your hotel with leisure at the hotel. In the evening you will have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Drive Back to Kampala
Wake up on this day refresh and have a cup of tea and coffee and later drive back to Kampala with a stop for lunch.
